Terms of Service
1. I have the right to decline any commission I am not comfortable with.2. I will be drawing in my own art style. Please do not ask me to mimic another artist's style.3. I may share the commissioned art on my social media and use it as an example on future commission sheets, unless the client requests that it remains private.4. The commissioned art is for personal use only, unless otherwise agreed upon. Posting the completed art on social media or using it as a profile picture is acceptable with credit. The client may NOT edit or sell the artwork, use it to train AI programs, or mint it as an NFT.5. Payment is upfront! After discussing the details of the commission, I will send a Paypal invoice to the client through email. I will not begin sketching until I receive the payment.6. The client may request a 50% refund before the sketch is finalized. Once the sketch has been finalized, there will be no refunds.7. I will send a work in progress (WIP) after each stage of the commission (rough sketch, clean sketch, flat colors, final render) and if I have any questions. WIPS will also be available upon request. The client does not have the rights to WIPs and may not edit, sell, or share them.8. The completed commission will be sent to the client’s email as a PNG file.9. Please be respectful! Any rude or disrespectful behavior will not be tolerated, and may result in your commission being canceled if it occurs frequently.
